New to cpap, Dr&#039;s don&#039;t listen, so here goes...
Already sleep with HOB elevated as much as spine will allow, sleep in positions spine will allow. Don&#039;t drink carbonated beverages, low or no fat diet, exercise regularly, how else besides Nexium, etc can I prevent this problem? 

My thought is to &quot;squeeze&quot; air out, use a corsette abdominal binder and cinch it tight.]]></description>
